We know that turning up to a 'networking function' on your own can be daunting. So we've turned it into a game to make it fun, relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.
How It WorksYou arrive, grab your name tag and a drink and start to mingle. After general networking, the game of Musical Chairs will start. The music will play, you’ll walk (or run!) around and when the music stops, you’ll take a seat opposite your first partner.
You’ll have 3 minutes to talk about you, your business, your role, perhaps something you need help with; and then it’s your partner’s turn. When the music starts again, you’ll race off to find someone new to chat to and do it all over again!
We play the game about ten times, which means at a minimum you’ll have 10 new contacts, and probably a lot more by the end of the night.
When Musical Chairs finishes, you can go back to talking with your favourite people and enjoying some delicious finger food.
As with all Business Chicks events, you'll leave feeling more inspired and energised than when you arrived.
