- All membership applications must be made in writing via Business Chicks Pty Ltd ACN 121 566 936 (“Business Chicks”) website
- Members are charged an annual subscription of $99 inc GST.
- Prior to membership expiry, you will be contacted by Business Chicks to renew your membership for the following year.
- Members must promptly inform Business Chicks of any changes in personal information provided, including any changes in home or billing address, numbers, name or place of employment.
- Membership is non-refundable. A 10 day cooling off period applies after the membership is purchased and $20 admin fee is deducted if
cancellation occurs within the cool off period.
- Membership is transferable, however a $29 transfer fee will apply. The membership will expire exactly one year after the original membership was purchased.
- You agree to register details about yourself that are true and that you will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity in your application or your capacity as a member.
- Business Chicks does not take any responsibility for disputes between members and does not accept any liability to any party for any dispute a member may have with another member.
- Any personal information provided by you will be dealt with in accordance with Business Chicks’ Privacy Policy and any purchase of goods or services will be governed by Business Chicks’ Terms of Sale.
- You agree that your use of the Business Chicks website is governed by the website Terms of Access and acknowledge that you have read those Terms.
