Business Chicks runs a variety of events for business women (and men) across Australia, from breakfasts, lunches, speed networking nights and educational workshops, to cocktail parties, movie nights and more.
Our events are highly glamorous, fun and sophisticated.
To ensure these events are run professionally and smoothly, we rely on a team of committed and energetic volunteers to help us out.
If you're looking to gain some events experience, want to help our Business Chicks guests have an unforgettable event experience and love meeting new people, then we'd like to hear from you!
Volunteering with the Business Chicks Events Crew will be a fun and rewarding experience and you'll even be given a gift bag filled with goodies to take home afterwards as a token of our thanks.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be required to help out prior to the event - either the evening before, or on the day of the event - as well as during the event itself. Please be aware that this is likely to involve time before/after work, and possibly during work hours too.
You'll assist with setting up the event venue, guest registration, ushering, membership sales and overall customer service. You will play a key role in making the event run smoothly and efficiently, and in making sure each guest has a positive, memorable experience.
What to wear:
Please come wearing black. We’ll provide you with a funky red jacket to wear on the day.
