Mobile applications will provide a new platform that enhances the business-to-customer experience. Are you using applications such as Foursquare? Or creating online magazines that can accessed via iPhones, smartphones and iPads? How about checking your ratings on Urban Spoon? There are countless mobile applications out there, and whether you create them yourself or simply check that you’re represented correctly on them, take the time to research, explore and understand the mobile market.

I am interested to hear who is using Foursquare and how? This is big in the US but I haven't really heard of anyone using it in Australia. Also anyone using iPads in their business? I am looking to get an iPad, really just for personal use, but can see that there is going to be a lot of potential to use it in my business. Reply
