Maternity leave - do you feel supported?

How much time are you taking off after bubs arrives? Do you feel that your employer supports you with this?

Any advice on how to split profits when one partner has had a baby and other partners have had to work twice as hard to make the business perform? Our company is based on events and it just so happened that the maternity leave was 8 weeks prior to the event, hence hardly any work was done on the event yet the partner is still expecting an equal split? would love to hear thoughts and experiences? Do we incorporate a bonus system? Reply
