I began my career in the non-profit sector 30 years ago. Leading a team of more than 700 people I believe I helped to transform the organisation from a small provider which employed just 20 staff only a decade ago. I have a strong work ethic and client focus and am committed to sector workforce development. I am a Director on industry Boards.
