About me
I believe in food as medicine and that what you put into/do to your body determines your health. I live by example, eating organic foods and balancing my work/home life. I am married with a grown daughter and 2 grand-children. We have a tabby cat called Bella, and a retired greyhound called Tabbie (yet she's black!) who sleeps on our couch all day long.
